1732New Delhi (16.02.2021): The Centre on Tuesday appointed P Balakiran (IAS:2008:KL) as Director of Census Operations (DCO)/ Director of Citizen Registration (DCR) of Andhra Pradesh at Deputy Secretary level for a period ending 31 March 2023. Balakiran replaces A Satyanarayana (IAS:2006:AP) who was prematurely repatriated to Cadre i.e. Govt of AP.
