New Delhi (20.11.2023): Notifications of appointments and recommendations issued on Monday are as follows:

• Aswani Srivastava (IRTS: 1998) was appointed as Joint Secretary, Department of Food & Public Distribution for a tenure of five years.
• Hara Prasad Nayak (IRAS: 1995) was appointed as Joint Secretary & Financial Advisor, NATGRID under the Ministry of Home Affairs for a tenure of five years.
• Amit Katoch (IP&TA&FS: 1998) was appointed as Additional CPFC (HQrs), Employees' Provident Fund Organisation (EPFO) under the Ministry of Labour & Employment for a tenure of five years.
• Pankaj Hazarika (IDAS: 2000) was appointed as Additional Secretary (JS level), Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) under the Department of Personnel & Training for a tenure of five years.
• Palka Sahni (IAS: 2004: BH) was appointed as Joint Secretary, Department of Pharmaceuticals for an overall tenure of five years up to 02/04/2028.
• Sandhya Bhullar (IAS: 2003: GJ) was appointed as Joint Secretary, Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade for an overall tenure of five years up to 31/03/2024.
• Vinay Kumar (IAS: 1999: BH) was appointed as Joint Secretary, Ministry of Road Transport & Highways for a tenure of five years.
• Kshitij Jain (IRS E&IT: 2011) was appointed as Private Secretary to Union Minister for Environment, Forest and Climate Change Bhupender Yadav.
  
• Brijendra Swaroop (IFoS: 1996: SK) was appointed as Executive Director (Projects), National Mission for Clean Ganga (NMCG) under the Department of Water Resources, River Development and Ganga Rejuvenation for a tenure up to the date of his superannuation on 31/01/2028.
• Raj Kumar Mishra (IPoS: 1999) was appointed as Director, National Water Informatics Centre (NWIC) under the Department of Water Resources, River Development and Ganga Rejuvenation for a tenure of five years.
• Brijesh Pandey (IAS: 2004: TR), Joint Secretary, Ministry of Development of North Eastern Region, was prematurely repatriated to his parent cadre.
• Shantanu (IAS: 1997: TR) was appointed as Joint Secretary, Ministry of Development of North Eastern Region for an overall tenure of five years up to 27/03/2024.

• Sanjeev Sehgal (IRSEE: 1997) was appointed as CVO, Central Public Works Department (CPWD), Delhi under the Ministry of Housing & Urban Affairs for three years.

• Ravindra Prasad (ITS: 1997) was appointed as CVO, Northern Coalfields Ltd. (NCL), Singrauli under the Ministry of Coal for three years.

• Satyanarain Gupta (ITS: 1993) was appointed as CVO, Steel Authority of India Ltd. (SAIL), Delhi under the Ministry of Steel for three years.

• Deepa Chawla (IRAS: 1998) was appointed as CVO, Bharat Sanchar Nigam Ltd. (BSNL), Delhi under the Department of Telecommunications for three years.

• Pradeep Kumar (ITS: 2002) was appointed as CVO, Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation Ltd. (IRCTC), Delhi under the Ministry of Railways for three years.

• Ritu Pande (ITS: 1997) was appointed as CVO, National Building Construction Corporation Ltd. (NBCC), Delhi under the Ministry of Housing & Urban Affairs for three years.

• Parama Sen (IA&AS: 1994) was appointed as Additional Secretary, Department of Expenditure for an overall tenure of five years i. e. up to 02/08/2025 by temporarily upgrading one Joint Secretary level post.

• Rugved Milind Thakur (IAS: 2011: HP) was appointed as Deputy Secretary in the Cabinet Secretariat, Delhi for a period of four years.
