- Tenure of Prabhat Kumar, Horticulture Commissioner, who was holding additional charge of the post of Chief Executive Officer (JS level), Coconut Development Board (COB), has been extended for a period of six months w.e.f. 06.10.2025.
- Tenure of Noorin Bux (IOFS: 2010), Director in the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, has been extended for a period of two years beyond 22.04.2026 and up to 22.04.2028. Her central deputation tenure is w.e.f. 23.04.2021.
- Nitika Pawar (IAS: 2012: AGMUT) has been appointed on lateral shift basis to the post of General Manager (Region) (Director level), Food Corporation of India (FCI), Regional Office, Chandigarh (Punjab Region) on deputation basis under the Department of Food and Public Distribution for a period of three years. She counts her deputation tenure w.e.f. 08.05.2023.
- M Anitha (IRS IT: 2007), Director in the Department of Investment & Public Asset Management, has been appointed as Director in the Department of Defence on 'lateral shift' basis for a tenure up to 26.09.2026.
- Vivek Bhardwaj (lAS: 1990: WB), Secretary, Ministry of Panchayati Raj, has been entrusted additional charge of the posts of Secretary, Department of Rural Development and Department of Land Resources from 31.01.2026 to 06.02.2026 during the period of absence on leave of Shailesh Kumar Singh (IAS: 1991: JH).
- Pankaj Gupta (ITS: 1995), CVO, Directorate of Ordnance (Coordination & Service) (DOO (C&S)), Kanpur, has been prematurely repatriated to parent cadre.
