New Delhi (29.09.2021): The Appointment Committee of the Cabinet on Wednesday cleared various proposals of appointment and premature repatriation. The notifications issued by DoPT are as follows:

• Keshav Kumar Pathak (IAS:1990:BH), MD of National Highways & Infrastructure Development Corporation (NHIDCL), was prematurely repatriated to the parent cadre (Bihar).
  
• Juthika Patankar (IAS:1988:UP), Additional Secretary in the Ministry of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship, prematurely repatriated to parent cadre (Uttar Pradesh) for availing promotion in the cadre.
• Abhishek Kumar Singh (IFS:2009:CG) was appointed as Deputy Secretary in the Department of Pharmaceutical for a period of four years.
• Shailendra Kumar (IRS IT:2008) was appointed as Deputy Secretary in the Central Vigilance Commission for a period of four years
• Sharad Kumar Sharma (IDSE:1994) was as Director in the Central Vigilance Commission for a period of five years.
