New Delhi (25.10.2024): Notifications of appointments and recommendations issued on Friday are as follows:
  1. Sushant Ranjan (IA&AS: 2014) has been appointed as Deputy Secretary in the Department of Personnel & Training, Delhi for a period of four years.
  2. Abhishek Kesarwani (IRPS: 2010) has been appointed as Director in Staff Selection Commission, Delhi for a period of five years.
  3. Ashish Kumar Srivastava (IAS: 2011: UD) has been appointed to the post of Regional Director (SSC, Prayagraj) for a period of four years.
  4. D Mahesh Kumar (IFoS: 2011: KN) has been appointed as Deputy Director (Deputy Secretary level) in LBSNAA, Mussoorie for a period of four years.
  5. Premkumar VR (IAS: 2014: KL) has been appointed as Deputy Director (Deputy Secretary level) in LBSNAA, Mussoorie, for a period of four years.
  6. Deep Jagdip Contractor  (IFoS:2011: KN) has been appointed as Deputy Director (Deputy Secretary level) in LBSNAA, Mussoorie for a period of four years.
  7. Deepti Patel (IRSSE: 2010) has been appointed as CVO, Eastern Coalfield Ltd (ECL), Sanctoria for a period of three years.
  8. Chauhan Sarita Chand (IAS: 1999: UT) was appointed as Joint Secretary, Department of Administrative Reforms & Public Grievances for a tenure of five years up to 25.04.2028 vice N B S Rajput (IAS: 1999: OD).
  9. Deepak Agarwal (IAS: 2000: UP) has been appointed as Managing Director (JS level), National Agricultural Cooperative Marketing Federation of India (NAFED), under the Department of Agriculture & Farmers Welfare, for a tenure of five years up to 11.10.2027 vice Rajbir Singh Panwar (IFoS: 1991: GJ). Currently, he is JS, MoHUA.
  10. Rama Shankar Sinha (IFoS: 1995: UT) was appointed as Joint Secretary, Department of Animal Husbandry & Dairying, till his retirement on 30.11.2027 vice O P Chaudhary (IFoS: 1989: MP).
  11. Monalisa Dash (IFoS: 2003: SK) was appointed as Joint Secretary, Ministry of AYUSH for a tenure of five years up to 11.10.2026 vice Bishwajit Kumar Singh (IFoS: 1989: UT).
  12. Kesang Yangzom Sherpa (IRS lT:1995) was appointed as Joint Secretary, Department of Commerce for an overall tenure of five years up to 14.10.2025 vice Indu C Nair (IRAS: 2001).
  13. Mohit Yadav (IFS:2002) was appointed as Officer on Special Duty (OSD) (Joint Secretary level), Department of Commerce for a tenure of three years vice Srikar K. Reddy, IFS (2001).
  14. Premjit Lal (ITS: 1992) was appointed as Executive Director, India Trade Promotion Organisation (ITP0), under the Department of Commerce for a tenure up to the date of superannuation on 30.06.2028 vice Rajat Agarwal (IAS: 2003: PB).
  15. Balamurugan D (IAS: 2005: BH) was appointed as Joint Secretary, Ministry of Corporate Affairs for an overall tenure of five years ending 08.05.2028 vice Manoj Pandey (IRS IT:1992).
  16. Garima Bhagat (IRS IT: 1996) has been appointed as Joint Secretary, Department of Defence Production for a tenure of five years vice Anurag Bajpai (IFoS:1994: MN).
  17. Niraj Kumar, CSS, has been appointed as Joint Secretary, Ministry of Development of North Eastern Region for a tenure of five years vice Monalisa Dash (IFoS: 2003: SK).
  18. Manmeet Kaur Nanda (lAS: 2000: WB) was appointed as Joint Secretary, Department of Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities, with an extension of central deputation tenure for a period of one year beyond 10.11.2024 vice Rajesh Kumar Yadav (IAS: 1996: RJ).
  19. Rajat Agarwal (IAS: 2003: PB) was appointed as Joint Secretary, Ministry of Environment, Forest & Climate Change for an overall tenure of five years up to 13.02.2028.
  20. Ved Prakash Mishra (IRS IT:2004) was appointed as Joint Secretary, Ministry of Environment, Forest & Climate Change for an overall tenure of five years up to 31 .03.2026 by upgrading a post of Director held by the officer.
  21. C Shikha (IAS: 2004: KN) was appointed as Joint Secretary, Department of Food & Public Distribution for a tenure of five years vice N Gulzar (IAS: 1999: AP).
  22. Sangeet (IDAS: 2004) was appointed as Joint Secretary, Department of Food & Public Distribution for a combined tenure of six years up to 12.03.2025 by upgrading a post of Director held by the officer.
  23. Ravi Kumar (IRSME: 1992) was appointed as Joint Secretary, Ministry of Heavy Industries for a combined tenure of seven years up to 10.01 .2026 vice Mukta Shekhar (IRAS: 1994) by cancelling the earlier appointment of Sudhanshu Panwar (IRSME: 1997).
  24. Raj Kumar (IA&AS: 1999) was appointed as Director (Finance), Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) under the Ministry of Home Affairs for a tenure of five years vice Dhananjay Kumar (IDAS: 1993).
  25. Praveen Kumar Rai (IDAS: 2003) was appointed as Joint Secretary, Ministry of Home Affairs, for a combined tenure of seven years up to 16.08.2026 vice Ashish Kumar (IAS: 2005: TN).
  26. Rakesh Kumar Pandey (IDAS: 2003) was appointed as Joint Secretary, Ministry of Home Affairs, for a combined tenure of seven years up to 13.05.2025 vice Shyamal Misra (IAS: 1996: HY).
  27. Rajesh Gupta (IRSEE: 2001) was appointed as Joint Secretary, Ministry of Home Affairs, for an overall tenure of five years up to 15.04.2026 vice Sumant Singh (IAS: 2003: MN).
  28. Ajoy Sharma (IAS: 1999: PB) was appointed as Joint Secretary, Ministry of Labour & Employment, for a tenure of five years by downgrading a post of Additional Secretary.
  29. Dinesh Mahur (ITS: 1992) was appointed as Joint Secretary, Ministry of Mines, for a tenure of five years or up to the date of superannuation on 31.12.2029 vice Veena Kumar Dermal (IPoS: 1998).
  30. P Bala Kiran (IAS: 2008: KL) has been appointed as Joint Secretary, Department of Personnel & Training for an overall tenure of five years up to 28.02.2026 vice Rajat Kumar (IAS:2005: CG).
  31. Anjan Kumar Mishra (IOFS: 1998), has been appointed as Secretary, Petroleum & Natural Gas Regulatory Board (PNGRB), under the Ministry of Petroleum & Natural Gas, for a tenure of five years vice Vandana Sharma, CSS.
  32. Mukesh Mangal (ITS: 1992) has been appointed as Joint Secretary, Ministry of Ports, Shipping & Waterways, up to the date of Superannuation on 30.11.2028 vice Sushil Kumar Singh (IRSME: 1993).
  33. Gurneet Tej (IAS: 2006: KN) has been appointed as Joint Secretary, Department for Promotion of Industry & Internal Trade for a tenure of five years vice Balamurugan 0 (IAS:2005: BH).
  34. Abhilasha Jha Misra (IRAS: 2000), has been appointed for an overall tenure of five years under Central Staffing Scheme and for a tenure of four years as Member Secretary (JS level), National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE) under the Department of School Education & Literacy as permissible under the NCTE Act, vice Kesang Yangzom Sherpa (IRS lT:1995).
  35. Amit Nirmal (ISS: 2001) has been appointed as Joint Secretary, National Commission for Scheduled Tribes (NCST) under the Ministry of Tribal Affairs  for a tenure of five years  vice K Touthang, CSS.
  36. Bhavna Saxena (IPS: 1996: AP) has been appointed as CEO, Central Adoption Resource Authority (CARA) under the Ministry of Women & Child Development, for an overall tenure of five years up to 15.02.2027.
  37. Ramesh Krishnamurthi (IRS IT:1992) has been appointed as Central Provident Fund Commissioner, Employees' Provident Fund Organization (EPFO).
  38. Kritika Kulhari (IAS: 2013: HP) has been appointed as Deputy Secretary in the Department of Drinking Water & Sanitation, Delhi for a period of four years.
  39. Navpreet Kaur (IDAS: 2010) has been appointed as Director in the Department of Personnel & Training, Delhi for a period of five years.
  40. Deputation tenure of Sajjan Singh Yadav (IAS: 1995: AGMUT), Additional Secretary, Department of Expenditure, has been extended beyond 05.12.2024 for a period up to 19.08.2026. The post held by him has been temporary upgradation from Joint Secretary to the level of Additional Secretary for a period of one year beyond 05.12.2024 i.e. up to 05.12.2025.
  41. Punya Salila Srivastava (IAS: 1993: UT), Secretary, Department of Health and Family Welfare, has been entrusted with additional charge of the post of Secretary, Department of Health Research from 26.10.2024 to 03.11.2024 during the period of absence on leave of Dr Rajiv Bahl.
  42. Deputation tenure of Satendra Singh (IAS: 1995), Additional Secretary, Cabinet Secretariat, has been extended beyond 08.12.2024 for a period up to 02.12.2026.
  43. Pranabjyoti Nath (IAS: 2005: KL) has been appointed as CVO, National Aluminium Company Ltd (NALCO), Bhubaneshwar for a period of three years. 

  44. Sajid Farid Shapoo (IPS: 1998: MP) has been appointed as CVO, Bharat Earth Movers Ltd (BEML), Bengaluru for a period of three years.

  45. Sushil Kumar Daila (IFoS: 2000: AM) has been appointed as CVO, Food Corporation of India (FCI) for a period up to 03.07.2027.
  46. Nilabhra Sengupta (IRSSE: 1997) has been appointed as CVO, Bharat Electronics Ltd (BEL), Bengaluru for a period of three years.
  47. C Venkata Subba Reddy (IPS: 2007: AM) has been inducted as Deputy Inspector General of Police (DIG), CBI for a period of five years.  
  48. Rashi Sharma (IPoS: 2003) has been empanelled for holding the posts of Joint Secretary or equivalent at the Centre.
