Siddharth Jhawar, a private person, has been appointed (w.e.f. 16 December 2014) as OSD to Sinha in the rank of Director on contract basis for a period of five years or on co-terminus basis. Jhawar, an alumnai of IIT, Delhi, is M.Tech in Biochemical Engineering and Biotechnology who further served with Deutsche Bank Group as Senior Analyst. Its not a mere coincidence that an IIT Delhi alumni Minister has inducted an IIT Delhi alumni in his core team i.e. in the offices of Union Finance Ministry.
