Aditya Swaroop (Rtd IAS:JH:1982) appointed as new Chief Information Commissioner of Jharkhand. Governor Syed Ahmed administered the oath to him at the Raj Bhavan in Ranchi. CM Raghubar Das, Chief Secretary Rajiv Gauba and several other senior officers were present at the oath-taking ceremony. Swaroop had superannuated on December 31, 2014.
