New Delhi (23.11.2021): In the recently held DGP conference in Lucknow, Union Minister of State for Home Ajay Kumar Mishra ‘Teni’ was conspicuously missing from all photo ops including with the PM and the HM. Grapevine is abuzz that he was deliberately kept out of the proceedings as after the announcement of repealing of farm laws, the government did not want to give any wrong message. In fact, the BJP is in a catch 22 situation as if it takes on board Teni, it would intensify farmers’ anger and if he is neglected Brahmin’s backlash may happen.
