Indianmandarins has learnt that the trail of CBI raids and ongoing interrogation of Yadav Singh is still giving nightmares to some authorities whom Yadav Singh reported directly in his capacity as their OSD. These are Noida Authority, Greater Noida Authority and Yamuna Expressway Authority. Since these authorities are cash cows, it is being asked how come these authorities were unaware of what the alleged kingpin Yadav Singh did or didn't. In this context, expressions like Mr 5% and Mr 10% are floating around. And CBI sleuths seem to be working on this angle also to leave no gap in their inquiry. Ever since Noida emerged as the hub of industry and real estate, particularly from the beginning of the 21st century, it is known to have been used as an instrument of political financing by Lucknow. Whoever has ascended the throne in the city of Nawabs, the modus operandi has remained the same: appoint your trusted men in Noida authorities and set up your channel of funding. So what Mr Yadav Singh allegedly did or didn't - customers allegedly nicknamed him Mr 5%, he is alleged to have done for his superiors who have been called by various names including Mr 10%. Investigating agencies are on 24X7 job to nab Mr 10% behind Yadav Singh (aka Mr 5%). As the pitch for the 2017 assembly polls rises, one can't but hope to see the unfolding of the whole sordid saga of the past few years. What has been presented till now is merely the trailer.
