What benefits SP can accrue by signing appeasement motion of Justice Swaminathan?

Lucknow (13.12.2025): Though no one questions the leadership of regional political outfits but rank and file of the Samajwadi Party is aghast over the decision of the party to sign appeasement motion of Justice G R Swaminathan of Tamil Nadu High Court. The party doesn’t have any base in Tamil Nadu nor does it have any plan to contest elections there still it supported the appeasement motion. The party feels that Muslims are already with the Samajwadi Party but such decisions will drive away Hindu voters whatever left with the Party including people from Yadav community.
