Lucknow (20.08.2023): The Uttar Pradesh government has enacted a major reshuffle of IPS officers. The list of newly posted ADGs and Police Commissioners goes as follows:
  • B P Jogdand (IPS: 1991: UP) has been appointed as Additional Director General of Police, Women and Child Security Organisation.
  • Rajeev Krishna (IPS: 1991: UP) has been appointed as Additional Director General of Police, Vigilance Department.
  • Anupam Kulshreshtra (IPS: 1995: UP) has been appointed as Additional Director General of Police, Agra zone.
  • Dr R K Swarnkar (IPS: 1996: UP) has been appointed as Police Commissioner, Kanpur City commissionerate.
  • Mohit Agrawal (IPS: 1997: UP) has been appointed as ADG, ATS.
  • Naveen Arora (IPS: 1997: UP) has been appointed as ADG, Technical Services.
  • B D Paulson (IPS: 1998: UP) has been appointed as ADG, transport and road safety.
  • Dr Sanjeev Gupta (IPS: 1999: UP) has been appointed as Secretary, Home.
  • L R Kumar (IPS: 2006: UP) has been appointed as Deputy Inspector General, Law and Order.
