New Delhi (05.03.2025): A dozen officers have been empanelled for holding the post of Joint Secretary or equivalent at the Centre. Out of these 12 officers, 11 are IAS officers from 2003, 2004, 2005 and 2007 batches of different cadres while one officer belongs to  CSS service. The names of these officers are as follows:

  8. Dusmanta Kumar Behera (IAS: 2007: HY)
