New Delhi (02.11.2022): Following the empanelment of a dozen CSS Cadre officers, currently working as Director in various ministries and departments, for holding Joint Secretary or JS equivalent posts, the Centre on Tuesday appointed them (in-situ) as joint secretaries in respective ministries/departments. The list of newly appointed joint secretaries goes like this:- 
  1. Anant Kishor- Joint Secretary, Ministry of Home Affairs
  2. Anil Subramanian- Joint Secretary, Ministry of Home Affairs
  3. Arvind Kumar- Joint Secretary, RML Hospital (MoHFW)
  4. E Robert Singh- Joint Secretary, Ministry of Health and Family Welfare (MoHFW) 
  5. G Parthasarathi- Joint Secretary, Ministry of Home Affairs
  6. Gulam Mustafa- Joint Secretary, Ministry of Health and Family Welfare
  7. Gopal Sadhwani- Joint Secretary, Ministry of Information and Broadcasting
  8. H Kam Suanthang- Joint Secretary, Department of Chemicals and Petrochemicals
  9. Rahul Kashyap- Joint Secretary, Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs (MoHUA)
  10. S Rukmani- Joint Secretary, Department of Agriculture and Farmers' Welfare
  11. Shyama Prasad Roy- Joint Secretary, Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT)
  12. Ms Sumita Singh- Joint Secretary, Health and Family Welfare
