Indianmandarins has reliably learnt that a panel comprising three names has been sent to PMO to fill two posts of Member in the Central Board of Direct Taxes.
In a seven member board (including Chairman, CBDT) one post of member is lying vacant (vice Atulesh Jindal) and another is set to fall vacant with the retirement of R C Mishra on 30 September 2016.
Three names proposed to fill these posts are: K C Jain (Principal CCIT, Jaipur), Rajendra Kumar (Principal CCIT, Chandigarh) and Abrar Ahmed (Principal CCIT, MP & Chhattisgarh).
