New Delhi (09.08.2024): The Ministry of Corporate Affairs has constituted a dedicated team of Indian Corporate Law Service (ICLS) officers to execute the PM Internship Scheme which was announced by Minister of Finance and Corporate Affairs Nirmala Sitharaman in the 2024 Budget.

Officers picked for the scheme ‘Internship in top Companies’ will be posted at MCA HQ, New Delhi. The list of officers goes like this:

• Nitin Phartyal, Deputy Director, Southern Region
• ⁠Avais Patwegar, Deputy Registrar of Companies, Karnataka
• Himani Sharma, Assistant Director, MCA Hqrs
