The National convention was organized in collaboration with Gopal Narayan Singh University and Indian Council of Historical Research (ICHR), New Delhi. Akhil Bharatiya Itihas Sankalan Yojna has been working hard to get historical records documented and getting well researched books on Indian history, culture and civilization written. The organization and its scholars are also working to write about the contributions of such heroes and issues of Indian history which are either forgotten, ignored or deliberately neglected by mentioning their contribution in one or two lines somewhere in the corner, however their role for the society and the country had been much bigger. The organization keeps on organizing meetings regularly of history scholars and people interested in the glorious and not so glorious times of India for their contribution whichever way they can. Some of the books written recently were on display there.

The importance of the event can be gauged from the presence of dignitaries like Union Education minister Dharmendra Pradhan and his cabinet colleague and Heavy Industries Minister Mahendra Nath Pandey, filmmaker Dr Chandra Prakash Dwivedi, former RSS sahsarkaryawah Suresh Soni and Vice Chancellors of various universities. The successful culmination of the convention encouraged scholars present there before they returned to their respective places to work with a new zeal.
