They are Dharmendra Kumar (IPS:1984:UT), Deepak Kumar Mishra (IPS:1984:UT), and Amulya Kumar Patnaik (IPS:1985:UT). Of the three prospective candidates, Dharmendra Kumar and Deepak Kumar Mishra are currently serving as ADG in CISF and CRPF respectively whereas Pattanayak is serving as Special Police Commissioner in Delhi.
