New Delhi: (14.10.2025): The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet (ACC) has cleared the empanelment of 10 officers from various batches of Indian Information Service (IIS) and Indian Telecommunications Service (ITS) for holding the Joint Secretary or equivalent rank posts in the Government of India. The newly empanelled officers are now eligible for postings at the Joint Secretary level. The move is expected to fill key positions across several government ministries and departments. The names of these officers are as follows:-
Indian Information Service (IIS) 
  1. Ritu Shukla (IIS: 2000)
  2. Shruti Patil (IIS: 2000)
  3. Prakash Bhupal Magdum (IIS: 1999)
Indian Telecommunications Service (ITS)
  1. Ajay Kumar Nema (ITS: 1994)
  2. Ashok Kumar (ITS: 1994)
  3. Ashok Kumar Jain (ITS: 1994)
  4. Rajiv Ranjan Tiwari (ITS: 1994)
  5. V S Burde (ITS: 1994)
  6. Ashutosh Jain (ITS: 1993)
  7. Satyanarain Gupta (ITS: 1993)
