Former Union Secretary V Somasundaran (Retd IAS:1979:KL) was on January 18 appointed to the post of Administrative Member in the Kerala Administrative Tribunal (KAT) for a period of three years.
He had retired from the post of Secretary, Department of Women & Child Development (Govt of India).
