jobs -- Chairperson CCI, CBI Director
and UPSC member -- in quick succession, cadres across Central Para
Military Forces (CPMF) have suddenly become sanguine about getting a regular DG;
a post which fell vacant after Pankaj Kumar Singh (Retd IPS: 1988: RJ) retired on
December 31, 2022. It may be underlined that CRPF DG Sujoy Lal Thaosen (IPS:
1988: MP) is holding the additional charge.
