Singla appointed advisor to administrator of Dadra and Daman

Union Home Ministry has transferred Amit Singla (IAS: 2003: AGMUT) and
appointed him as advisor to Administrator of Dadra and Nagar Haveli and Daman
and Diu with immediate. Singla was working with the Delhi government.
