The Bihar government has enacted a minor reshuffle of IAS officers with
immediate effect. Kundan
Kumar (IAS: 2004: BH) has been appointed as Resident Commissioner of Bihar, New
Delhi. He replaces Mrs Palka Sahni. Prior to his repatriation to Cadre he worked in as Private Secretary to Defence Minister Rajnath Singh and later as Joint Secretary, NITI Aayog. Further, Mrs Palka Sahni (IAS: 2004: BH) has been appointed
as CEO, Bihar Bhawan, New Delhi. Prior to this she worked as Resident Commissioner, Bihar Bhawan, New Delhi. Prior to this she also worked as Special RC at Bihar Bhawan.
