New Delhi (23.07.2025): The Supreme Court has asked an IPS
officer to issue an unconditional apology to her former husband and in-laws for
the prolonged physical and mental agony they faced after she filed multiple
false criminal case against them during their marital dispute. The SC cancelled
all the ongoing cases in this matter. The SC also dissolved the marriage since the couple were
separated since 2018. The court ordered that their daughter will stay with
mother and the husband and family members will be able to meet her. The SC
bench said: "The woman and her parents shall tender unconditional apology
to her husband and his family members which shall be published in the national
edition of a well-known English and Hindi newspaper."
