Saurabh appointed as Adviser to ED, World Bank; replaces Anuradha Thakur

Saurabh Vijay (IAS:MH:1998) has been appointed as Advisor to Executive Director, World Bank under Department of Economic Affairs (Finance Ministry). He will be posted in Washington DC in place of Auradha Thakur (IAS:HP:1994) who completed her three years tenure in April 2014.
Saurabh has been on central deputation since May 2011 and also served with President's Secretariat in the rank of Director.
