PESB selected Saptarshi Roy (ED, NTPC) for the post of Director (HR), National Thermal Power Corporation Limited in selection interview held today. As many as 11 candidates appeared in selection interview.
It may be recalled that Saptarshi Roy was among shortlisted ones who were interviewed by the Search-Cum-selection-committee for CMD NTPC post.
Subject to requisite clearance and ACC approval Roy will replace U P Pani who is scheduled to retire on October 31, 2016.
At present Pani is also holding the additional charge of Director (Commercial) for which PESB is expected to hold the selection interview shortly.
