New Delhi (24.02.2024): The Appointment Committee of the Cabinet appointed Santosh Kumar Jha to the post of Chairman & Managing Director (CMD), KRCL till the date of his superannuation i.e. 31.03.2027. Currently, he is working as Director (Operations & Commercial), Konkan Railway Corporation Ltd (KRCL). The PESB had selected and recommended his name for the post on November 1, 2023.He will take over from the incumbent CMD Sanjay Gupta who is retiring on March 31, 2024.
