Kumar (IAS:2009:BH) was on Thursday appointed Private Secretary to Manoj Sinha,
Union Minister of State for Communications and Minister of State for Railways.
He replaces Nitishwar Kumar (IAS:1996:UP) who vacated the post in March this
year following his empanelment as Joint Secretary the Ministry of Water
Resources, River Development and Ganga Rejuvenation.
