New Delhi (29.10.2025): The Public Enterprises Selection Board (PESB) on Wednesday recommended Shankar Narayan for the post of Chairman & Managing Director at Central Electronics Limited (CEL), a leading Public Sector Undertaking (PSU).A total 11 candidates were interviewed. Subject to requisite clearances and ACC approval, Narayan will be the new CMD at CEL. Currently, he serves as General Manager, Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited (BHEL).
