Following the retirement of C V R Rajendran (on April 30) Satish Kumar Kalra (ED, Andhra Bank) has been given additional charge as Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of the bank. Kalra will hold the charge for a period of 03 months from the date of issue of the order or till the date of appointment of regular MD&CEO or until further orders, whichever is the earliest.
