Ray succeeds Majumdar as Prl Secretary (GAD), Govt of Delhi

Delhi Government finally appoints Arvind Ray (IAS:UT:1984) as new Principal Secretary (GAD). Ray replaces Anindo Majumdar (IAS:UT:1985) as PS (Services). After the confrontation started between Lt Governor and Delhi CM over the (so called unilateral) appointment of Shakuntala Gamlin as acting CS the Delhi Govt had removed Majumdar from the post of PS (GAD).
