The Public Enterprise Selection Board on Tuesday selected J Ravi Shanker (Director, Marketing, PEC Limited) for the post of Director (Marketing), MMTC Limited; a post currently lying vacant.
Altogether seven candidates had appeared before for the interview namely; Nagarajan Balaji (CGM, MMTC Ltd.); Suraj Modi (CGM, MMTC Ltd.); Sanjeev Dua (CGM, MMTC Ltd.); Anjana Singh (CGM, MMTC Ltd.); J Ravi Shanker (Director, Marketing in PEC Ltd.); N A Nainar Jeyakumar (CGM, STC) and Chaganti Srinivas (Principal GM, ITS).
Shanker, an aluminous of IIT Delhi, has more than 30 years of experience in international trading and has headed various divisions in the company including Finance and Personnel.
