Indianmandarins has reliably learnt that the 1995 batch IPS officer of J&K cadre, Rajesh Kumar (curently in cadre state), may shortly be appointed as IG (National Police Mission) in Bureau of Police Research & Development (BPR&D). Currently, the additional charge of IG (NPM) is with Nirmal Kumar Azad (IPS:1994:BH), IG (Admin BPRD).
