In a latest order issued by the Government of India Rajesh Aggarwal (IAS:1989:MH) has been appointed to the post of Joint Secretary, Department of Financial Services. He would succeed Anurag Jain (IAS:1993:MP) in the department who had laterally been shifted to PMO as JS.
The IIT Delhi alumni Aggarwal is presently serving with the Government of Maharashtra as Principal Secretary, Information Technology.
