- Shailendra K Singh (IRSEE)- GM, West Central Railway, Jabalpur
- S P S Chauhan (IRSSE)- GM, National Academy of Indian Railways, Vadodara
- Manoj Joshi (IRSME)- GM, Metro Railway, Kolkata
- Alok Kansal (IRSE)- GM, Western Railway, Mumbai
