2990New Delhi (29.01.2026): The Appointments Committee of the
Cabinet (ACC) has approved appointment of three Members and two Director
Generals in the Railway Board. Out of these five reshuffles, two officers have
been shifted laterally who are holding Level 17 posts in the Railway Board. The
names and new assignments of these officers are as follows.

New Delhi (29.01.2026): The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet (ACC) has approved appointment of three Members and two Director Generals in the Railway Board. - Vivek Kumar Gupta (IRSE: 1988) has been appointed as Member (Infrastructure), Railway Board.
- Manjusha Jain (IRAS: 1988) has been appointed Member (Finance), RB
- Aruna Nayar (IRPS: 1987) has been appointed as Director General (Human Resources), RB.
- Hitendra Malhotra (IRMS: 1987) (Electrical) has been appointed as Director General (Safety), RB.
- Hari Shankar Verma (IRMS: 1987) (Traffic) has been appointed as Member (Operations & Business Development), RB.
