Chandigarh (13.11.2022): The Punjab government has reshuffled around 30 IPS officers with immediate effect. These officers are as follows:
- Kuldeep Singh (IPS:1992:PB) has been appointed as Special DGP, STF, SAS Nagar.
- B Chandra Shekhar (IPS:1994:PB) has been appointed as ADGP, Prisons.
- LK Yadav (IPS:1996:PB) has been appointed as Director, Bureau of Investigation.
- RK Jaiswal (IPS:1997:PB) has been appointed as IGP, STF.
- Gurinder Singh Dhillon (IPS:1997:PB) has been appointed as IGP, Law & Order.
- SPS Parmar (IPS:1997:PB) has been appointed as IGP, Bathinda Range.
- Naunihal Singh (IPS:1997:PB) has been appointed as IGP, Personnel.
- Arun Pal Singh (IPS:1997:PB) has been appointed as IGP, Provisioning.
- Shive Kumar Verma (IPS:1998:PB) has been appointed as IGP, Security.
- Jaskaran Singh (IPS:1998:PB) has been appointed as Commissioner of Police, Amritsar with additional charge of IGP, PAP, Jalandhar.
- Kaustubh Sharma (IPS:2001:PB) has been appointed as IGP, Human Rights with additional charge of IGP, Ludhiana Range.
- Gursharan Singh Sandhu (IPS:2001:PB) has been appointed as IGP, Jalandhar Range, Jalandhar.
- Inderbir Singh (IPS:2007:PB) has been appointed as DIG, Administration, PAP Jalandhar Cantt with additional charge of DIG, PAP-2 & Training.
- Dr. S Boopathi (IPS:2007:PB) has been appointed as DIG, Provisioning with additional charge of Commissioner of Police, Jalandhar.
- Narinder Bhargav (IPS:2008:PB) has been appointed as DIG-cum-Joint Director, MRS, PPA, Phillaur.
- Gurdial Singh (IPS:2007:PB) has been appointed as DIG, AGTF.
- Ranjit Singh (IPS:2008:PB) has been appointed as DIG, Ferozepur Range, Ferozepur.
- Mandeep Singh Sindhu (IPS:2008:PB) has been appointed as Commissioner of Police, Ludhiana.
