Chandiharh (18.04.2022): The Punjab government reshuffled 32 IAS officers, including two special chief secretary rank officers in a major administrative rejig. These officers included:
- Ravneet Kaur (IAS: 1988: PB) has been appointed as Special Chief Secretary-cum-Financial Commissioner Cooperation.
- V K Janjua (IAS: 1989: PB) has been posted as Special Chief Secretary Jails
- Anurag Aggarwal (IAS: 1990: PB) has been posted as Additional Chief Secretary (ACS) Revenue and Rehabilitation.
- A Venu Prasad (IAS: 1991: PB) who is ACS to CM has been given an additional charge of New and Renewable Energy Resources. He has also been given additional charge of Principal Secretary Industries and Commerce.
- Seema Jain (IAS: 1991: PB) has been appointed as Additional Chief Secretary, Social Security, Women and Child Development.
- Sarvjit Singh (IAS: 1992: PB) has now been appointed as the new ACS Agriculture.
- Raji P Shrivastava (IAS: 1992: PB) has been appointed as Additional Chief Secretary-cum-Financial Commissioner, Forest and Wild Life with the additional charge Additional Chief Secretary Food Processing
- K A P Sinha (IAS: 1992: PB) has been appointed Additional Chief Secretary-cum-financial Commissioner, Taxation
- Anurag Verma (IAS: 1993: PB) has been given an additional charge of Principal Secretary Public Works Department.
- K Siva Prasad (IAS: 1993: PB) will be the new Financial Commissioner Rural Development.
- Vikas Pratap (IAS: 1994: PB) has been appointed as Principal Secretary, Finance.
- Alok Shekhar (IAS: 1994: PB) has been appointed as Principal Secretary, School Education.
- Dhirendra Kumar Tiwari (IAS: 1994: PB) has been appointed Principal Secretary, Water Supply and Sanitation.
- Tejveer Singh (IAS: 1994: PB) has been appointed as Principal Secretary, Power.
- Jaspreet Talwar (IAS: 1995: PB) has been appointed as Principal Secretary, Higher Education and Language.
