New Delhi (28.06.2021): The public-sector head-hunter (PESB), on Monday selected Dr Ranjit Rath for the post of CMD, Bharat Coking Coal Ltd (BCCL). Presently, Rath is CMD, Mineral Exploration Corporation Limited (MECL). Further, Siba Prasad Mohanty was selected for the post of CMD, Brahmaputra Valley Fertilizer Corporation Limited (BVFCL). Presently, he is CMD, Hindustan Insecticides (India) Limited (HIL). For Mohanty, it proved a walkover as he was the single candidate who the selection board interviewed and selected for CMD post in BVFCL. Subject to requisite clearances and ACC approval Dr Rath will be appointed as CMD, BCCL whereas SP Mohanty will be appointed as CMD, BVFCL. Interestingly, their appointments will also pave way for others for CMD posts in MECL and HIL.
