One the orders are issued Manoj Mishra will replace Ms Neeru Abrol as CMD who has already superannuated on February 28 this year. Presently Heera Lal Samaria (IAS:AP:1985), Joint Secretary, Department of Fertilizer is officiating as CMD, NFL.
