The NaMO administration on Thursday effected a reshuffle in the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) posting Technical and Judicial Members to various stations:
- B P Mohan, presently Member (Judicial) in NCLT Mumbai was transferred to NCLT Amaravati.
- Mohammad Ajmal presently Member (Judicial) in NCLT Amaravati was transferred to NCLT Mumbai.
- Ms Sucharita R working as Member (Judicial) in NCLT Cuttak was transferred to NCLT Chennai.
- Narender Kumar Bhola, presently working as Member (Technical) in NCLT Hyderabad will move to NCLT New Delhi.
- Veera Brahma Rao Arekapudi, presently Member, Technical in NCLT Kochi was transferred to NCLT Hyderabad.
- Virendra Kumar Gupta, Member (Technical) in NCLT Kolkata was transferred to NCLT Ahmedabad.
- Prasanta Kumar Mohanty, Member Technical in Ahmedabad NCLT was transferred to NCLT Guwahati.
- Venkata Subba Rao Hari, Member (Judicial) in Guwahati NCLT was transferred to NCLT Mumbai.
