NBCC: P K Gupta takes over as CMD

P K Gupta, on 07 October 2019, took over as the new Chairman and Managing Director of NBCC (India) Ltd. Prior to this he worked as Executive Director (Regional Projects) in RITES Limited, a CPSE under the Ministry of Railways. 

Gupta holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from NIT, Kurukshetra and an M.Tech from IIT Delhi. He joined Indian Railway Service of Engineers in 1986 and has 33 years long experience in Civil Engineering.

During his tenure as Executive Director in RITES, he successfully supervised planning, designing and execution of more than 125 projects. He accomplished various projects in areas of Metros and Rail Infrastructure which include Metro in Mauritius, Metro Rail Projects in India, Roads under/over Bridges and various buildings etc.
