Dr. Anoop Kumar Mittal (CMD, NBCC) was, on 07 July 2018, conferred with CNBC-AWAAZ CEO Award by Chhattisgarh Government for "Outstanding Contribution in Infrastructure" at a function held at Raipur. The award was given away by Dr. Raman Singh, Chief Minister of Chhattisgarh. The Award recognizes the path breaking contribution of Dr. Mittal to India's infrastructure sector. The award was received by P K Seth, ED (Infrastructure), NBCC on behalf of Dr. Mittal.
