Ms Sarup may succeed Bhattacharya as Secretary (SE&L) HRD?

The scheduled superannuation of Rajarshi Bhattacharya (IAS:1978:AP), the incumbent Secretary, Department of School Education & Literacy (Mninistry of HRD) is set to complete on December 31.
It is reliably learnt that Vrinda Sarup (IAS:1981:UP) may shortly be appointed as new Secretary, Department of School Education & Literacy (SE&L) under Ministry of HRD. On November 03 this year she was in-situ promoted from Additional Secretary to Special Secretary, Dept of SE&L.
Though everybody knows that nobody can be definitive over any top rank appointment as it's Modi's regime.
