Public Enterprises Selection Board has selected Ms S T Ray to be appointed as Director (HRD), Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited. Ms Ray (ED, BSNL) was among the seven internal candidates who had appeared for selection interview on February 27, 2015. Candidates who appeared for the interview are; Ms. S T Ray (ED, BSNL), Rajesh Kumar (GM, BSNL), A K Jain (CGM, BSNL), A K Agrawal (GM, MTNL), Kishor Kumar (CGM, BSNL), Rajendra Prasad (GM, MTNL), Praveen Varshnay (Sr Ch Mgr, BSNL), Sanjeev Kumar (GM, MTNL), R C Rai (PGM, BSNL), S K Aggarwal (GM, SAIL), M K Seth (PGM, BSNL) and K K Saxena (PGM, BSNL, DOT) Ms Ray's name would further be ratified by the Appointment Committee of Cabinet headed by Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
