The public sector headhunter on Monday selected Ms P Alli Rani for the post of CMD, Cotton Corporation of India Ltd (CCIL). Currently, Ms Rani serves on the board of CONCOR as Director, Finance. The CMD post at CCIL is vacant for a couple of months. Subject to requisite clearances she the ACC will clear her appointment in next couple of weeks. As CCIL CMD she will have tenure up to August 2019.
As many as five candidates had appeared before PESB for selection interview namely;
Pradeep Kumar Agarwal, Director (F&C), CCIL; Lalit Kumar Gupta, CGM, CCIL; Sanjay Kumar Panigrahi, CGM, CCIL; Ms P Aaali Rani, Director, Finance, CONCOR; and M P Eshwar, CMD, IL (Lien with HPCL).
