Bureaucrats and politicians had fallen prey to B-grade Bollywood actresses who lured them to blackmail. Sex, sleaze and money have been at the epicenter of the recent sex scandal busted in Madhya Pradesh in which bureaucrats, politicians and many other such important persons have been found to be involved. They were honey trapped in the ‘biggest quid pro quo’ scandal ever in the country.

As many as 4,000 media files, over 1,000 sex chat clips, explicit videos and audios of VIPs in compromising positions and more than 200 mobile phone contacts have been retrieved by investigating agencies in the state in honey trap case.

Though political slugfest between the BJP and the Congress started on the issue but it has bigger implication and larger reach cutting across all segments and transcending limits of any particular state and also compromising many official secrets.

Screenshots of sex chats, videos of naked officers, and sacrilegious audio clips were stored in laptops and mobile phones with over a dozen top bureaucrats and eight former ministers being investigated.

Some arrests have already been made and many more skeletons will fall from the cupboards in the days to come to hot up political environment in the country. The accused have been quite frequent at an elite club in Bhopal where senior bureaucrats used to lodge. The deeper the cops are digging, the more such compromising videos recorded by the women are surfacing. Seeking and accepting sexual favours is considered a form of bribe. The government officials will be tried for accepting bribes as sexual favours.
