The committee would suggest ways of improving railway finances by December 21. Prabhu wants his measures to be presented to Parliament in the Railway Budget for 2015-2016 in February. After 'Metroman' E Sridharan it is D K Mittal who grabbed the attention of Railway's 'Prabhu'.
