Jaipur (16.09.2022): With incumbent Director General of Police of Rajasthan ML Lather (IPS: 1987: RJ) retiring on November 4, 2022, talks are doing rounds about the next DGP of the state. Umesh Mishra (IPS: 1989: RJ) is leading the race and is likely to be appointed as the new DGP of Rajasthan. However, if seniority is given preference then DG Jail Bhupendra Dak (IPS: 1989: RJ) can also be appointed as DGP.
