Shambhu S Kumaran (IFS:1995), at present serving as Ambassador of India to the Kingdom of Morocco, has been appointed as the next Ambassador of India to the Republic of Philippines. He is expected to take up the assignment shortly. He has served in various positions in MEA and abroad.
