Indianmandarins has reliably learnt that the outgoing DOPT Secretary Sanjay Kothari (IAS:1978:HY) may get a berth as Administrative Member on the Principal Bench of Central Administrative Tribunal (CAT) after his retirement. He is said to have applied for the post and has good prospects for the new appointment. Kothari will superannuate on 30th of this month.
A post of Administrative Member had fallen vacant after Ashok Kumar completed his tenure on 08 August 2015.
